Within this RP, we will be implementing a "Limit Break system, much like we had in a previous community (FFR). However, because of the experience we had with Limit Breaks in the past, I have decided to implement a new concept which will help us keep tabs on the things people can do. This is what we will call "special moves".
Limit Breaks:
Limit Breaks in essence are possibly the most powerful thing a person can do. Limit Breaks can only be done when a person is pushed past their limits, such as in moments of EXTREME desperation. Because of the extreme magnitude of power that can be released in a limit break a person risks possibly injuring themselves, or worst, death. Therefore, limit breaks can only be done in EXTREME situations. In essence, it is a signature move that can only be done by one person, and is typically a finisher if anything.
Special Moves:
Special moves are signature moves that are specific to certain characters. The difference between a special move and a limit break, is that a special move is not as powerful as a limit break, but is stronger than a simple strike. For example, creating a small sized wave that comes from a sword, would be considered a special move. A limit break, would be a giant beam that could destroy another person and change the tide of a battle, but would also injure the character that's using it severely.
